When you book a vehicle or tour package with Car Rental Siliguri, a contract is established once your booking is confirmed and we have received the required advance payment. All correspondence related to bookings, changes, or inquiries should be addressed directly to Car Rental Siliguri to ensure smooth communication.
To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 40% is required. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip. The advance may vary depending on the nature of the service, vehicle type, and dates of travel.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque, or Demand Draft. All payments should be made without deductions, and any bank or remittance charges are to be borne by the client.
While the planned itinerary will generally be followed, Car Rental Siliguri reserves the right to modify routes, stops, or timing due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. Any changes are made with passenger comfort and safety as the top priority.
All cancellations must be informed in writing. The cancellation charges are as follows:
Note: A minimum service charge of 10% is applicable on all cancellations regardless of timing.
If the trip is canceled after commencement, refunds will depend on recoverable costs from hotels, fuel, or other service providers. Unused services are non-refundable.
Refunds for cancelled or unused services will be processed as per the cancellation policy. The process may take 2–4 weeks depending on banking procedures. Any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Car Rental Siliguri acts as an agent for service providers such as vehicles, hotels, or travel-related partners. We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, political unrest, or any other events beyond our control that may affect your trip. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler, and we strongly recommend travel insurance for safety and security.
International travelers (except citizens of Nepal and Bhutan) must have a valid passport and visa. Car Rental Siliguri does not provide passport or visa processing services and travelers are responsible for their travel documents.
Passengers with contagious illnesses or medical conditions that may affect travel are not allowed to join trips. If any passenger is deemed unfit during the journey, they must make their own arrangements to return home. Safety and well-being of all travelers is our primary concern.
